1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet through nerobet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the nerobet platform in any capacity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the nerobet platform and close your account if one exists. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the sole governing language of this agreement. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or dispute arising from translation or interpretation into another language, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to nerobet and participation in any betting or casino activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

nerobet processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees, and no exchange rate spread is charged on any deposit or withdrawal. The following payment terms apply to all nerobet accounts:

• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and select other local bank transfer options as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed in the cashier.
• Deposit crediting: Standard deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nerobet balance within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available exclusively to KYC-verified accounts. The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3–5 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.

Players must not use third-party payment accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to accounts registered in the player's own verified name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

nerobet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., the mobile financial service operating your bKash or Nagad account) may apply their own transaction charges, for which nerobet accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

nerobet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh market calendar (including BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits awarded to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms at the time of claim.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The specific cap for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held on an account at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been cleared or forfeited.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on nerobet is subject to the following rules of conduct. These rules apply equally to all registered players and are non-negotiable:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until nerobet's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Bets that are pending system acceptance are not valid. nerobet reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including in cases of suspected match fixing, mispriced odds, or system errors.
• Odds changes: Pre-match odds are subject to change up until the moment the event begins. In-play (live) odds update continuously to reflect the current state of the event. Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance, not at subsequently changed odds.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the relevant betting market's settlement conditions. In-play bets on cricket matches (including BPL and T20 fixtures) are subject to the specific void conditions set out in the cricket betting rules section of the platform, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
• Match fixing and integrity: nerobet is committed to sports integrity. Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined by the relevant governing body to have been subject to match fixing or corruption may be voided and any associated winnings withheld pending investigation.
• Casino game rules: Each casino game on nerobet operates according to its own published game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the game rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to game mechanics and payouts.
• Prohibited conduct: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Collusion with other players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, and any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

nerobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity involving the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or a confirmed breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-restricted amounts) will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days of the closure decision being finalised.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the nerobet support team at support@nerobet. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their final outcomes, and the resulting balance will be processed as described above.

Accounts that have been closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity will have their balances frozen pending the outcome of any investigation, and may be subject to reporting to relevant authorities. nerobet will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation conducted by law enforcement agencies.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

nerobet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting all players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both nerobet and all registered players:

• Player self-assessment: nerobet encourages all players to periodically assess their gambling activity. If you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control, you should use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings immediately.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
